Figure 1. Seat post assembly using an Allen Wrench
Insert the seat post into the bicycle’s frame. You can adjust this seat’s height and secure it by tightening the locking mechanism’s bolts located on both ends.
Figure 2. Handlebars assembly using an Allen Wrench (Stem, Brake Levers and Cables already attached).
Insert the handlebars into the bicycle’s frame. Tighten the stem bolts securely enough into the headset but not over torquing.
Figure 3. Front Fork with Attached Brake assembly of Wheels
Assemble a tire at the front fork of the bicycle. Insert a bolt into the hub of the tire and frame. Secure the end with a nut tightening enough to not over torque. Pump tires to recommended PSI.
Figure 4. Pedals
Install the pedals into the bicycle frame’s pedal cranks. Tighten the bolts securely.
Lift the bicycle’s seat post with one hand, and start rotating a pedal in a circular motion with your other hand. Ensure that the wheels and chains move properly without falling off the track. Ride the bicycle and make any necessary adjustments for better fittings. Check your seat’s height and security.
