Texas's Version of In-N-Out Burger

Texas's Version of In-N-Out Burger

What is Whataburger

Normally, I’ll either order the Mushroom Swiss burger which has two beef patties, two layers of grilled mushrooms and two slices of cheese with Au Jus Sauce. The other option is an A1 Thick & Hearty Burger which has two patties with American cheese, bacon, grilled onions, and A1 Sauce.

Whichever I order will come in a greasy dripping form, which can be seen from the outside of the brown paper bag. Then again, inside the wrapping paper once it’s opened. Make sure to order the sweet tea to wash it all down. It’s extra sugary being in Texas and all.

What’s nice is that when dining in, the staff will bring the food to your table with a selection of condiments to choose from. Customer interactions are important to them. They have such politeness.

Whataburger is the Texas version of In-N-Out Burger but tastes completely different. It reminds me of Burger King and Jack in the Box just a bit. Their a fast food chain almost located on every other street corner.

Usually 15 minutes after finishing my food, our love/hate relationship begins.
