Vegas is Fully Open!
I’m Back!
I hope you didn’t forget about me. I just bought and closed on my first house 1/31/2021. It has been exciting, scary, exhausting, and expensive. Home Depot and Walmart are now my favorite stores haha.
Thankfully, YouTube helped me along the way with these home improvements. I can honestly say that it has been a love/hate relationship buying a resale home. My back, hands and neck have never worked this hard.
I decided to book this trip to Vegas as a celebration!
Omnia NightClub | Caesars Palace Las Vegas
This club has been on my list for a while. I have seen the videos/photos, but never a chance to check it out. Due to Covid-19, restrictions had us waiting outside Caesars to make a line. Dude, earlier in the day, Vegas was 115 degrees. As you can imagine, it was a bit warm standing in dress clothes for an hour just to enter.
Tacos El Gordo - Now in California & Nevada
I urge you to please eat here. The tacos are beyond flavorful. I’m Mexican and this place is legit. Each taco is properly prepped in green salsa, sour cream, and guacamole sauce from the chef as he hands it to you. Now that is what I call customer service. I want to eat right away and not wait any longer than needed by adding condiments.
Stadium Swim | Las Vegas Pool Amphitheater
I will say that for the $40 entrance fee this place has it is totally worth it. Vegas just knows how to take your money. They do it better than most places. Stadium Swim is something I’ve never experienced in my life. It has lots of swimming pools for your parties. It has the square footage to walk around and meet people. It has that rooftop openness.
The elevator ride up feels like you’re about to enter heaven haha.
Bacchanal Buffet | Caesars Palace Las Vegas
No trip in Vegas is complete without eating at a buffet! Bacchanal is a bit much at $81, before including a tip. My wallet felt that one haha. The seafood is fresh as can be though. I had no complaints with the staff or food.
However, I didn’t find any lobster tails! Come on. That’s the best part. You can find this place in Caesars Palace on the first floor. Be there early to avoid a two-hour wait.
