Thanksgiving in Cali'

I finally had the chance to visit my parents and spend Thanksgiving with them.

Here’s a little video I put together. Should you ever be in the Bay Area, be sure to visit La Victoria Taqueria in San Jose, CA. Their orange sauce is a must when ordering a carne asada burrito!

Ave 26 Taco Stand - L.A.

I flew into LAX first and got to see SoFi Stadium from high-up. Check out the NFL’s newest five-billion-dollar stadium in my video. The Rams and Chargers will now call this place home. It reminds me of the “Avengers Movie” for some reason. I’ll let you decide that. Secondly, I always visit the Ave 26 Taco Stand when in California. These tacos are $1 and represent what Mexican food should taste like which is flavorful! I hope you’ll visit one day and thank me later. You can’t beat the price. The taco stand is located near Dodger Stadium but opens after 5PM daily. It will look like you’re in a movie scene from “The Fast and The Furious” because several cars will be parked in that alley. Rest assure that the LAPD will be hanging around but it will be safe lol.

Thankfully Flixbus drove me to San Jose, CA for a $35 one-way-fare from Los Angeles. You may want to check them out. I had a decent experience using their service.

Pho Saigon Noodle House - Milpitas, CA

I recommend this restaurant to anyone visiting the Bay Area. It helped push me through so many hangovers in my 20’s. I can eat here for breakfast, lunch or dinner. Pho is just a simple yet filling meal that always leave me with a runny nose from the sriracha. I refuse to eat pho anywhere else but here.

I swear.

Oakland International Airport | McCarran International Airport

The airports are still empty. I made it through TSA and walked toward my gate in under 60 seconds. No restaurants inside are currently open for business to sell any food or beverages for purchase. It sucks but what can you do. I had a layover in Vegas so enjoy the clip.
